Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book a demo?
No. The demo is optional. You can sign up and set up your property yourself.
When is the card charged?
Immediate charge on activation. Full refund on request within 15 days.
Is there a 5-room limit?
No. You can start with 1 room.
Are Booking.com, Booking Engine, and website included?
Yes, in every paid plan. Booking.com uses guided connection: payment alone does not activate the live channel. Other portals are added on request, at €15/month + VAT per channel.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. If you choose annual payment you get 10% off the monthly list price. All public amounts are + 22% VAT.
Is Airbnb already integrated independently?
No. Connectivity exists on the channel side; Vyral activation is on request.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes, from the browser. We do not publish an app store listing.
What if it isn’t a good fit?
You have 15 days for a full refund, no questions asked. After that, the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it from the Subscription panel.
How do I cancel?
From the property management system, Subscription menu, Cancel on your own button. It stays active until the end of the period already paid. No need to open a ticket.
Can I migrate data from another property management system?
Yes, you can import and then export your data whenever you want. Manual export is included.
Where is the data hosted? GDPR?
Property management data is processed by VYRAL.IT S.R.L. (Milan) in accordance with the privacy notice. You can request access, rectification, and erasure at privacy@vyral.it.
