Paid subscription, monthly renewal, 15-day refund.
Automatic renewal, cancellation, and refund
The Vyral subscription is paid from day one. The card is charged at activation. Renewal is automatic every month, at the rate of the chosen plan, until you cancel.
You can cancel on your own from the Subscription panel in the property management system (Cancel on your own). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Property data is not deleted automatically.
Within 15 days of the activation date you can request a full refund from the same panel. The refund deactivates the subscription. This section is an operational draft: it must be reviewed by a lawyer before final publication.
