Questions about the website
Is the website ready?
Yes. You configure it from the management system, choose the template, and publish.
Is it included in the plan?
Yes, in every paid plan, together with the Booking Engine and Channel Manager.
How many templates are there?
Four: sea, mountain, city, place of worship. You change them from the website settings.
Is the Book button automatic?
Yes, if you enable it from settings. It opens the Vyral Booking Engine with your rates.
Can I use my own Stripe keys?
Yes. You add them from the Booking Engine settings. Otherwise the flow stays pay-at-property.
When is the card charged?
Immediate charge on activation. Full refund on request within 15 days.
